Bulk lookup

Submit the addresses from an incident. The summary is the operative output: it converts an address list into a statement about the infrastructure behind it.

• Count anonymised, and count with no holding.
• Provider breakdown across the list.
• ASN breakdown, frequently the more useful of the two: it exposes a single host behind apparently unrelated addresses.

Answered by a single aggregation rather than a loop of individual lookups, so list size has limited effect on latency.
